Exercise and diet can increase natural testosterone without the use of steroids or testosterone patches. 

Include zinc and some fats in your diet: Zinc and healthy fats are very important for the production of natural testosterone. Foods high in zinc include oysters, nuts and seeds, chicken, turkey, liver, seafood and red meat such as beef, pork and lamb. Essential fatty acids from peanuts, avocados, fish, and healthy oils like, natural peanut butter, canola and olive are important in raising testosterone naturally.

Increase the intake of vegetables: Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, turnips, and cabbage have been shown to reduce estrogen levels, which in turn raises testosterone. Also reduce the consumption of soy, as it raises estrogen and has a negative effect of testosterone levels.

Increase sexual activity: Sexual stimulation causes the body to increase the production of oxytocin, endorphins and raises testosterone.

In addition to the above, enough exercise, moderate alcohol consumption, at least 6-to-8 hours of sleep every night and lowering stress levels are necessary to increase testosterone levels.
